We want to make your rental experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, below is an overview of how it works.

Our collection is made up of three tiers. Prices range from £55.00 -£125.00 for 4 day rental depending on the tier/brand/RRP.

General Questions

Browse our collection online or visit our studio in Warrenpoint. Choose your dress, select your rental dates, and book it. You can collect in person or have it delivered. After your event, simply return it – cleaning is on us!

Studio 41 is based in Warrenpoint, Co Down. The Studio is in a residential property and we work by appointment only. Once your appointment has been booked you will receive our address and directions along with your calendar invite for your appointment.

Our standard rental period is 4 days as this is the most popular, we offer 7 days also and if you need a longer rental, please contact us to arrange an extension/discuss the cost.

No, we take care of all dry cleaning. Just return the dress as it is. Please refrain from cleaning any dress as a number of them require specialist cleaning.

Booking & Fitting

Yes! You can book an appointment at our studio to try on different styles before making your decision.

We offer virtual consultations where we can guide you through the styles and help you choose the best fit. Your dress will be delivered straight to your door. Reach out on Social DM or via the contact page to arrange a call.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak event seasons. Some styles may get booked out quickly.

Yes, a refundable deposit of £50.00 is payable upon booking your dress. The deposit is refunded upon return of the dress on time and in satisfactory condition.

Simply click on the “book appointment” button on the site or contact us via the contact page if you do not see a time that suits, we will be happy to accommodate where possible.

Sizing & Fit

Our collection ranges from UK sizes 6-18 (depending on the brand and style). If you’re unsure about sizing, feel free to ask for advice. We have a small range of size 4 and 20 and plan to expand this over time.

If your dress doesn’t fit, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to offer an alternative if availability allows.

Delivery & Returns

Yes! We ship throughout the UK & Ireland. We provide a pre-paid return label along with the return bag, so all you need to do is drop it off at your local post office.

Yes, you can collect your dress from our Warrenpoint studio at a scheduled time.

A late fee will apply for each additional day past the agreed return date. Please return your dress on time to avoid extra charges.

Damage & Cancellation

Minor wear and tear is expected, but significant damage may result in repair fees or full replacement costs.

Yes! Things happen, we know. Unfortunately rental fee and deposit will not be refunded but can be transferred to a future booking. 

Other

Online ordering is set up for GBP only, if you need to pay in Euro please contact us. Payment for rentals made in the Studio can be processed in Euro. 

Of course! This is a popular option particularly for weddings where there is a Day 2 or when going abroad on a holiday.

Day 1 of your rental is typically the day before your event, day 2 is your event and you then have 2 days to return the dress ensuring you are not rushing to a post office the morning after your event.

Currently we do not offer this service, Studio 41 purchases all dresses new.

Before you book online

Concerned about sizing? Send us a message and we can arrange a call to discuss before booking. 

When considering dress sizes, if you wear size 12 for example, in casual/relaxed clothes, size 12 in a structured dress may not fit the same, refer to brands sizing chart on their site or contact us to discuss as refunds can not be issued.

Delivery is £20 which includes the return post cost.
